I'm having the same problem. When I click on the 'Download Manager' link, it takes me to a page with nothing but manuals :( I've already successfully installed the e-license, but I can't get my damn instruments because I can't find an install of the download manager. :(
Edit: I've registered my dongle, and it shows that the Recorders is registered to my account. I can even download the file that is supposed to fire up download manager. But I can't find and install for download manager :(

Same here, as i noticed there finally IS a Software (the new player) wich is usable under Logic 9 on mac pro 8core, i cant download all my files anymore, nothing but manuals. I want to access my products please! Im not sure about the download manager... i cant do anything with it, except open files on my HD... wich files he want to open there ? Another question: wich product must i buy to get EPIC HORNS back? I used it on gigasampler it was great... how to get them in the new player ? i would apreciate any fast answer David

Hi David,
Have you been logged in when searching for the download files? When you're logged in with your registered email account you should be able to access all eligible libraries, software etc. here in your User Area. Here's the link to the new Vienna Instruments Player, and the download to your Special Editions and Single Instruments.
If you're logged in but don't see anything, please try to empty the cache in your browser and to delete all cookies from vsl.co.at - or try another browser like Firefox or Chrome.
Regarding Epic Horns, you can find the Vienna Instruments version here.

unfortunately epic horns for giga do not show up in your registered products - possibly you have registered them to another account.
more unfortunately the legacy horizon series product cannot open in the vienna instruments player (different format and bit-depth).

I will buy that epic horn stuff immediately, but if i am not able to download anything of my already bought instruments... i cant do that, its completely senseless. soprano choir for example, i never used it so far after purchase in 2009. 1st the issue with logic and the old player,.. and then i found nothing to download again this package from this site. now u have a workin player,... but i cant access my stuff...lool

so that works, now i bought epic horns... after the activation i received an email with download details. i tried to find it myself on the page-> no luck. seems that the page is VERY not usable. everytime i have had not used this website for a while i must goin on your nerves. HOW ABOUT THIS(like all other Software Distributions do): make a simple site when user logged in - "my downloads" and simply list all of his files there. out of the order email, how can i know what "epic horns" is? i not found it at "special editions" not at "Single Instruments" nor "Instrument collections" where should i look for the download of epic horns? what a mess!
