    Hi! I´m a newbie at this so sorry if this is perhaps a really stupid question... Just recently bought the Vienna Special Edition. Heard great things about these librarys and they really seem nice. Even though I watch the tutorials available and read the pdf manual I can´t seem to get this though. How do I open the 32 bit plug in my Logic 9 sequenser? When I select the instrument Vienna Ensemble in multi channel mode it´s always the 64 bit version that pops up. I now would rather prefer to work with the 32 bit version. How can I make that happen? Thankful for all help in the matter.

    Why do you want to use the 32-bit Service? All VSL products are 64-bit. At any rate, you can enforce using the 32-bit Service by launching it before creating a VE plugin. Make sure the 64-bit Service isn't running or the plugin will connect to that instead.

    Ah I see...thanks alot for the quick answer. :) Well the reason is only just that I have access to some more effects and stuff I can use in the 32 bit mode, since most of my plug-ins aren´t yet compatible to 64. Cheers Tom

    Yes, I'm using 32 & 64 bit at once, using Cubase 5.5.  That way, I can do what you say, with the 32bit VE Pro running, and use the 64bit for my VSL instruments.  So far, so good
