    I got VSL Pro Edition Strings yesterday for Giga.

    Since my Mac is connected to the net, and the PC wasn't here yet (it arrived today), I started registering the strings last night. I got so far but then it asked me for something about the machine I was using it on, and since I didn't have it yet, I cancelled out.

    Now today, it's installed on the PC.

    I went to register, and the site says the product with my serial number is registered to another user! If I log in, it says I have no registered products, even though I have an EMAIL saying I am registered...

    So now what??? Either I'm missing something or I've goofed something up...please ...just need some help here so I can get to work.

    it seems you have created a second accound during registering, now your first record showed up and had no products attached.
    i've re-assigned the strings and everything should work again as expected
