Hi there, I have tried to install my copy of Vienna Solo Strings, and every time I try to install the Library Installer 1_0 I get the error pop-up: 'Could not find VSL binary installation. Please install main package before installing content' I am running on Windows 7 64 bit and have previously installed a working version of Vienna Imperial. Please can someone kind help me, because its driving me mad and I am bit peaved that it is so incredibly difficult to install this. Thanks in advance, Muz

Hi Muzazar,
I have already answered your mail to Support, but here again for everybody who is running into this:
Please make sure that you are using the latest eLCC and ALL the latest VSL software.
A lot has happened in the last years, on both OS X and Windows - these latest builds will solve all troubles!
Best,

Same problem here with chambre orchestra. But the problem is not fixed with me, don't know what to do now, all is recently downloaded and checked. What was the solution ?

Yes, but I did that already as I wrote. Paul has replied on my support email, which initially did not help, but now after the somaniest attempt, the library is being installed. No idea why it does so now and not 30 min ago, 1.5 hours ago, yesterday evening and last night.
(oh, and by the way, during all the attempts, the elincer software found all of a sudden no more licenses at all which fortunately was remedied after a restart of my pc; made me quite nervous with all the fuzz in the forum on the licenses)

Same problem here. Installed latest version of everything. Cannot reinstall sample library. I just formatted my computer and now I want to reinstall the samples. What do I do?

solution:
download: https://www.vsl.co.at/en/68/428/514/210.htm Vienna Instruments & Vienna Ensemble
"Please start the LIBRARY INSTALLER you find in your "Vienna Instruments" program folder, then point it to the package.info file on DVD#1 of your collection."
