    I've entered the serial numbers for my Special edition and plus version - unfortunatley my steinberg dongle was not plugged in the computer so I have now the issue that I can't request an authorization code. Problem now: no chance to rerun this procedure and hence cannot procede the installation and usage of the product. Have already sent an email to the support team and waiting for support - however any idea how I could solve this problem alone?

    I just answered to your mail to and sent the Activation Codes once again [:)]

    Your Activation Codes are always sent to your registered email address right after you registered the products on our website. I assume that they landed in your SPAM folder.
