    It's worth adding that Orchestral Strings I & II include mutes too - it's just that the mutes are sold as seperate packages for the other string sections.

    Hello.

    If you get VI Special Edition, you can buy the PLUS addition just for the Strings, which will give you Muted strings for the Tremolo, Sustain and Staccato articulations.  Also, (with the PLUS add-on), if you have the SE Extended version, you get two basic Appasionata articulations (Staccato & Sustain), each with the muted articulations.
