    Hi,

    A wild idea occurred to me tonight. I have been thinking about getting a windows slave together specifically for PLAY 64 bit hosting, and connecting using VE PRO to my mac pro instead of the 32 bit VE PRO / PLAY combo.  

    what I am thinking:

    1. install Parallels desktop 6.0 on my intel mac, and windows 7 64bit

    2. install the windows version of VE PRO

    3. connect 64 bit VE PRO / PLAY instances from the windows side to Logic 9.1.3 on the mac side. 

    Questions:

    Anyone tried this?

    Will the Vienna Key see and allow simultaneous VE PRO instances to run on the Mac and Windows "sides" of the machine?

    Will the iLok key authorize plugins running on the Mac and Win sides simultaneously (but not play, it would be on the win side only)
