  • ENSEMBLE PRO TO MIR

How would I import my vframes ensemble to MIR? forgive me in advance if its obvious...

  • Welcome Soundboyz,

thanks for your interest in Vienna MIR. Like mentioned in MIR's manual, it's not possible at the moment to import VEP-frames directly (p. 98). You would have to import your instrument patches.

The upcoming Vienna MIR Pro will most likely allow for the direct import of VEP-frames, though. Still you will have to do quite some manual adaptions due to MIR's greatly enhanced possibilities.

    HTH,

  •  Thanks for your response. I already have MIR installed, and have done a few projects with it. I am not sure you are aware, but the downloads for the MIR manuals send a FORBIDDEN link in return, thus the reason for the post. Thanks Dietz!!!

  • Sorry to hear about your problems. I'm not aware of any issues regarding downloads - in fact I just downloaded the manual yesterday myself. Are you logged in? Did you try to empty your cache already?

Thinking about it - we had a few troubles with our US-server during the last few weeks. In case you didn't do this already, choose "Europe" as your loacation and try to download again.

... in any case, I will ask our IT-guys to look into it.

    Thanks for your patience!

  • Just to make sure that everything works as expected: Were you already able to download the MIR Manual? I just tried it again, and for me it works - even without being logged in.
