    Hi.

    I just updated from VE Pro 6150 to the newest version on both my Mac Pro and a Windows machine running XP64 and now it doesn't work on either machine. It can't find the license on the Mac, and it comes up with a related error regarding the license on the PC. This is just great. Only reason I upgraded was the on the Mac, about 70% of the times I wanted to boot version 6150, it just hang at "Scanning content files" so I figured a newer version would fix it. What is up here since this is happening??!

    For now, I'll try to roll back to 6150 on both machines - hopefully I can download that version somewhere....

    OK problem solved at least on Mac for now. It seems you need to download a new version of Elicenser to get the new version of VE Pro running. I assume that this was somewhere in the documentation and I just missed it....:)

    Hi Simon

    I occasionally get a "can't find licence" error on my  Mac which for some odd reason is cured by simply pulling the Vienna key out of it's USB slot and then putting it  back in. I then retry to and it finds the licence. I don't know if that might solve the Mac side of your problem in the short term
