Hi All,
I am running VE Pro on a mac book pro and I'm having a few disk streaming issues. My main issue is that I don't have enough ports on my computer (only one Firewire port and it's an 800 - which i have to use for my audio interface).
Has anyone tried using:
1) an external USB 2.0 SSD card
2) A Gigabit ethernet RAID type drive
3) Something else?!
If anyone has any experience and can recommend anything for this kind of setup I would appreciate any suggestions.
The ports on my machine are: Ethernet, FW800, 2 X USB, Mini-DVI, SD flash card reader.
