  • Natural volume

Is there a way to turn off Natural Volume once an instrument has been created? I am finding that I would rather control the volume with CC7 in the sequencer, but don't want to spend another few hours re-creating my template.

    Thanks for any suggestions.

  • Natural Volume is just a volume offset. You can deactivate the option by unselecting it in the Add Instrument window. Once it is added to the Project, you can reset an Instrument's volume to zero by doubleclicking the fader or by chosing any volume that fits you needs.

  • It would make sense to me that if I've unclicked (is that a word?) the Natural Volume box, it should stay unclicked for all subsequent instruments. However, it doesn't do this.

Double clicking's what I needed to know. Thanks.

  • (For Nuendo-users, we've built-in the Ctrl-Click-option, too ;-) ...)
