    Hi There! Yeah, there are still people that use old versions of Sibelius like V2.1! Is there any chance of running VSL with Sibelius 2.1? And if not, which Version is required? Whould it be an option to work separately, like creating a midi-file out of sibelius and then play it with vsl? I guess all articulation and dynamics will be lost then :( Thanks for your help friends, cheers Andi

    Hi Comeonbert!

    Sorry, but it's not possible to use our sample collections with Sibelius 2.1.
    Sibelius started hosting VST- and AU-instruments with version 5.

    You could create MIDI files and load them with another host software, but please be aware that these MIDI files won't have any keyswitches to change articulations included.

     You could also use Vienna Ensemble standalone and use a virtual MIDI cable to connect with Sibelius.
