  • OSX App for testing Network speeds

I just incorperated a Gigabit switch to my setup (Master and Slave) and everything is working well (I think)

I would like to know if I am getting the maximum benefit in regards to traffic sending and receiving on both master and slave.

I have a couple of apps that will tell me what's happening but I don't know if what I'm reading is good or otherwise.

For example when I'm running a particular song I can see that my slave is sending between 14 and 16 meg of info.

BUT how do I test to see that my network is capable of sending/receiving the maximum possible.

I think the Windows guys have this testing ability built into the system.

Any Mac users out there who know how I can test my system?
