    Hi there,

    I've just purchased a license for Vienna Instruments Pro and got a license for the new Flugelhorn instrument. After activating the license on my ViennaKey I downloaded the stub file "V57flugelhorn_eu.vsldl" and double clicked the file which opened the Vienna Download Manager v1.0.6844. The progress indicator was instantly set to 100% and an "Install" button appeared. After pressing the Install button I always get the following error message:

    "Could not open file: /Volumes/HD2-1TB/VI/V57flugelhorn_eu/package.info"

    and afterwards

    "package.info file not found in download"

    The license key exists on my ViennaKey for this instrument and I have no idea what I'm doing wrong.

    Any advice is really appreciated. Thanks!

    HI Soenke,

    did you update your eLCC yet?

    Another thought: Could it be that the download location you used in the Download Manager has restricted rights?
