Sorry to have to ask this question, but I'm really stuck. I just got VE Pro to work with Finale and I've working on a mockup of one of my older scores as a test run. I've loaded up my instruments in VE Pro and checked it against the instrument list in Finale. All the channels look as though they correspond, but when I play the score back the clarinet solo part is being played by the bassoon. When I switch the channels of the bassoon and clarinet parts, the French Horn plays the clarinet part. I can't seem to get the clarinet to play the proper line. What on earth is going on here?? It seems that this should be a pretty straightforward procedure. What part of the puzzle am I missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
