    I'm using VI and VE PRO and VI PRO goes along fine until I reassign any cc parameters in the control section.  After that the GUI basically freezes up and I can't toggle back in between the advanced and basic panels even though the button at the top right continues to work.  Same goes for the matrix field and the keyboard.  The problem only happens once I load a patch.  I'm running VSL on an i7 slave with Win7 Home Premium and all of the latest builds.  Anyone else have this happen?

    Scratch that, the lockup happens whenever I try to load "05B PFL perf-rep staccato" patch.  Should I try to re-install?

    Hi jroadrage,

    sounds like a broken file to me.... All other patches work?

    Then you might want to consider a re-installation of the sample content.

    Hello John, I think I had a similar problem. See my thread: «VI Pro some patches failed to load (crash)». Re-installation worked for me. I found strange that VI was able to read some patches while the Pro version crashed. Good luck!

    Tried reinstalling twice, same thing.  Happens in VI PRO standalone and in VE PRO.  Any other ideas?
