When I try to install my new Overdrive library, it doesn't let me.
I am prompted with:
Yes I updated to the new version before buying the library.
On the eLicense Control Center, the license is there with the others:
DL Overdrive
It's very strange why it won't install.
I actually hadn't, so have just done so.
I am now getting the following when I try to install the library:
The following licenses are needed to install this package:
DL Overdrive Basic
?
Solved,
I needed to reboot, it's installing now.
many thanks, and I apologise for not checking I was running the latest versions.
(my fault)
Hi, I have the same problem... i just got all the latest Vienna Download Manager, the latest eLicenser Control Center, Viena Instruments; I have my USB eLicenser connected and I have activated Vienna Instrument and DL Solo Violin 2, I've restarted my computer and tried to install Solo Violin 2 from the Download Manager, first it said
The following licenses are needed to install this package:
Player (Vienna Instruments)
DL Solo Violin 2 *
Please make sure a ViennaKey/USB eLicenser containing a valid license is inserted.
Also please make sure that you are using the latest eLicenser Control Center
available at www.elicenser.net, and the latest VSL software available in the User Area
at www.vsl.co.at.
and then it only needed "DL Solo Violin 2 *" but the USB eLicenser is connected and showing up and everything on the eLicenser Control Center... What am I missing..? Thank you
