  • Important: VI Pro Matrix custom scale missing !

    Hi.

First, VSL team did a great work and amazing futures..Me and other musician from turkish and middle east have been waiting for VI Pro release since long time especially for microtuning option..Today I checked the VI Pro especially matrix scale but I found there is no matrix custome scale! which allow me to detune each key from 0 to 50- or 55-! for example matrix scale not allow me to detune E key from 0 to 50- or both B + F# (F sharp) to 50- !. I can see now in matrix scale menu 8 arabic scales but no one of these are useful now ! I will send the VSL support 7 or more arabic scales (which are useful for arabic and turkish musician) to add them to matrix scale menu in the next update..

    All the best..

    Shakuman.

  • Update:

After reading the specific part  from the manual I found that matrix scale using scala files (perfect) but I noticed a little delay (I used APPASSIONATA VIOLIN+CELLO) ! let me explain this, I created my custom scala file which is E = -55 the problem is when I trigger both key E and F constantly I noticed there was a delay to get E=-55  is it clear ? let me explain this more..when I trigger F then E I didn't hear right tune which is -55 I can hear it but after very very short time maybe less than 200 milli seconds which's mean the E tone move from -22 to -44 then -55..Any solution to solve this issue in the upcoming update?

    All the best.

    Shakuman.

  • I tried the VI Pro demo and made a file.scl with Scala. I wanted to put this file in C:\ProgramData\VSL\Vienna Intruments Pro\Scales (I use Vista), but I cannot find this directory.
