    Hi 

    i have a strage phenomenon her: at times, some tracks (not all) would play back with a huge delay - approximately one whole bar. The problem won't disappear when pressing stop and start... and, no, it has nothing to do with Logic's own instrument (or sequence) delay settings.  It's the same tracks it would affect, others would always play in time. Sounds like an error on my part, but hmm... 

    Has someone seen this and solved it?!

    Hi I'm having the same problem, using a similar setup - it does not seem to be a network problem (I ran a continuous ping in the background and the response time did not change) and CPU utilisation on both the slave and master machines is well under 100%. Any ideas? Thanks Nick

    Is there a reliable way of reproducing this? It might indeed be a bug in VE Pro, but I have to be able to reproduce it in order to fix it. Thanks for reporting.

    I'll have a go at attempting to reliably reproduce it - unfortunately it seems a bit random (but usually occurs for me when I play quite "busy" passages so there is a lot of MIDI activity). The unusual thing is that the delay often continues after the busy periods have stopped (and indeed after stopping everything for several minutes). Nick
