The specs are actually the same as the ones published for Vienna MIR working on smaller projects. It still needs a powerful PC, although it may be sufficient to run it side-by-side with a DAW / MIDI Sequencer / notation software on the same machine.
BTW - I updated the MIR manual for the release of MIR SE. I added a whole new chapter discussing the ways of integrating MIR into different audio- and computer environments. Many possible scenarios are layed out there in detail. Make sure to take a look! :-)
