I am slightly confused with VEPRo. I have a demo loaded onto a Win7 Quad Core 12 Gig Machine. This "Server" host East West Symphonic Orchestra Plat Edition and connects directly on a Gigabit Lan to a Dell Studio XPS Laptop runing Notion 3.1.
Over on the server I have created an instance and titled this "Orchestra" and its Lan address is static on 192.168.1.4. The Laptop over on 192.168.1.10 connects to the "Orchestra" instance through notion 3.1.
However within the instance, I have loaded a patch - i.e. 2 Trumpets. When I create a new stave in Notion I can pull through the trumpets on the staff. However if I add another patch i.e. Violin Solo KS in the Orchestra instance I cannot pull it through on Notion. Do I have to manually change the midi channel by +1 on both side to reflect the location? I was kinda hoping it would do itself.
Any Tips; Am I doing somthing wrong or is this the way it works?
