License Problems with VE 2.0

Hi guys! 

i'm having problems setting up the connection between sibelius 6 and my vsl special edition. i've actually been working with a perfect set-up for almost two years now, but then i had to set up my computer from scratch last week and now i somehow can't get that thing to work again. 

So, i followed all the video-instructions but figured when it came to selecting the actual instruments in VE, it says "no licenses are installed" - meaning all i have are empty cells, empty matrixes, nothing to select at all. My VSL Standalone player seems to work perfectly fine though.

I've tried like almost everything this evening and am quite desperate at the moment. 

Anyone who could help? Thanks a lot,

Hello Alex!

Please do a search for every vsldirs1.ini file on your system drive. Delete them all, re-run directory manager, then start VI.

i can't even find any vsldirs1.ini files on my system? Where should they be located?

Hello Alex!

Which OS are you working on?
If you are working on a Windows machine, just do a windows search on your system drive for every vsldirs1.ini file and delete them.

Did you install the latest eLicenser Control Center?
Can be downloaded here:
http://www.elicenser.net/en/latest_downloads.html

Do your licenses appear there?
