    I have version 2.0 build4017 and have tried installing 2.1 version build 5740 without success

    I have followed all the indtructions but it indicates that the sync soft licence  in not availabel.

    It works fine on 2.0 build 4017

    I have a mac book 2.1 g/hz running mac osx 5.8.duo intel core

    Have you tried first installing the latest version of the eLicenser software?
