  • I can't download Epic orchestra

I've tried in both Firefox and Safari over the last 3 days, I keep getting a "can't download because of an unknown error" message. Any thoughts??

    Hi reddognoyz,

I'm sorry to hear of your problem!

Can you provide us with any further details, though? Operating system and version, browser versions... when did the download error occur, at the beginning of the download, or after a few MB have been downloaded already?

When logged in you should be able to download all files with no problem at all from here.

    Best,

    Stefan

  •  I'm having the same problems, just bought VEP a couple days ago.

I managed to download the first part of Epic orchestra, but on the second file, I keep getting this error: Unable to download, The connection with the server was reset.

My PC is running Windows 7, 64-bit, and I've tried downloading with the latest, 32-bit versions of Firefox and Internet Explorer.

The download appears to start, but within the first MB it dies.

Update: Downloads now working. I've got the 2nd file completed, and starting the third. Keeping my fingers crossed.

    Thanks.

  • Hi ptbbos,

    Sorry to hear about that!

Please make sure to empty the cache of your browser if you start a second attempt to download a file where the download failed once already. This is because most browsers don't actually re-download a file if it thinks that the file has already been downloaded once, the browser then simply gets the file from the cache. The cache can usually be emptied in the preferences of the browser.

Another idea would be to delete all cookies from vsl.co.at, this also helps when strange problems with our website appear. Cookies can also be deleted in the browser's preferences.

    Hope that helps!

    Best,

    Stefan
