Can't download files

I've been trying to down three roompack files all day and they each stop affter 120 megabytes. I tried this on three different computers and one of those computers was at a different location and has a fast connection.

This morning it took me about 15 attempts to make an online purchase from this website. The credit card company said they were not receiving anything from VSL.

Can someone shed light on the problem and suggest a solution?

Thanks for the help. I successfully downloaded the files yesterday from the Personal Files link you provided. Today I tried downloading again from the Software directory and it stopped short each time I tried. (I tried twice). I tried again from the Personal Files link and it worked.

Do you see any reason for this? It seems the Personal Files link works better than the Software Files link.

Hello Marko,

the Personal Filesa are an ftp-download, that´s the difference. Let´s see if our IT team has a more detailed explanation. It´s normally a mix of different factors.
