  • Administrator account is required to run Directory Manager

Hello, I downloard the last VSL Instr and VSL Ensemble and I have this message what is it ???

    Thank You,

  •  Do you have Windows 7 ? I think you have to right-click "Run as adminstrator" ou "Executer en tant qu'administrateur", en français, si ma mémoire est bonne.

If you have Vista, it's the same way ...

By the way , VSL ensemble was unusual difficult to install ( I tryied 3 times !!! ) because I still the process of installation before the end ( or seems never end to install ) , and my directory manager hasn't the rescan file log , so yesterday was like a nightmare to reinstall my favourite software...

  • Hi,

I have exactly the same problem but on Mac OSX Monterey, Instrument Pro won't see my libraries and when I try to load directory manager app, I get this message:

"administrator account is requiered to run vienna directory manager"

    Please Help !!

  • Unless you are still running eLicenser based libraries you should no longer use the directory manager, and use the Vienna Assistant instead.
