Yesterday I purchased Vienna Imperial online. So far I have yet to recieve any notifications from the distributor.
I've emailed support but only received an autoreply. Would be nice if I knew the order were processed.

If I'm not mistaken I already answered to your support request via email on Monday. Also I see that your order has been processed in the meantime by our distributor for Europe, you should have received an automated email with the tracking number for the shipment. If you didn't receive this email, please also take a look at your spam folder as these automated emails sometimes end up there. ;-)
