    VE Pro works okay when the 32 bit server is open on my Slave PC (running Windows 7 64 bit). By typing in the IP address within Digital Performer 7.12 it will connect. However, if I open the 64 bit server on the PC Slave it never connects with VE Pro in DP7.12. Since all the VI's on my slave have installed 64 bit versions, I'd like to be able to utilize these plugIn instruments in 64 bit as they should be more efficient and as VE Pro's manual says I can. Does my Mac Pro have to be running Snow Leopard in 64 bit in order to recognize the 64 bit server on my PC? Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Also, I've never been able to see available Slaves in the PlugIn server Interface even when I set up a named instance of VE Pro in my PC, the only way I've ever been able to connect is by typing in the IP address of the Slave PC. Any info in this area would also be most welcome.

    Hey did you ever get this solved? I have just bought VE Pro and I'm having the same problem - the 32 bit server from my slave PC connects fine to my iMac in Logic, but the 64 bit server from the slave PC is just invisible to the plugin in Logic and I've no idea why! All my samples on the slave are 64 bit too. Typing in the IP address of the slave didn't work for me.
