    Hi,

    I had a serious crash on my Mac and had to reinstall everything. Now, when I try to insert a Vienna Instrument a message appear telling that is a problem with Soft eLicenser and asking me to repair this problem. When I try to repair it a message telling "Soft eLicenser repair permission required, contact your dealer" appears. Anyone knows how could I get this permission?

    Hi xasqui,

     

    Please reboot your computer, then find the file called SeLicenser.sel in /Library/Application Support/Syncrosoft Soft-eLicenser/ and simply move the file out of the folder to your desktop.



    Is the error message gone now when you insert Vienna Instruments?
