dear community,
an unrecoverable hardware problem occurred friday may 7th 08:15 UTC and we had to replace our webserver located here in vienna.
fortunately we had an almost up-to-date backup of all databases so only a few posts have been lost and even less registrations need to be recovered.
unfortunately the only machine available was far away from a working configuration and though most services have been up again since midnight we are still facing a series of problems, especially with online payment.
also about 400 files for download products are still missing so we will temporarily redirect all users to our US download server.
we apologize for the inconvenience and are working hard to get everything up and running again as expected.
