hello, your support email link is broken. I downloaded one of three licenses for VE pro and it didnlt load in e-license, but did count as one download, i need to have this re-set , please advise - thx john

I´m afraid I don´t understand your description. If the download of your permanent license didn´t finish, then your license is probably pending. The license server seems to be quite busy atm. Please click "Recover" in the eLicenser Control Center. This will finish the download.
You can also send some screenshots to our suppport team.
