    I have problem with Installing of my Library VSL SE and VSL SE+. I bought VSL Choir, install it, and it works. But, after instalation of VSL Instrument app to the last one version (2.1), it stops working my VSL SE and SE+ library. I tried to make instalation once more from pckage.info file. But there is error message: The following licenses are needed to install this package: Special Edition Basic. I tried to install it from DVD directly and from copy this file to my HDD too. I'm MacPro; 10.5.8 user. Tere is the last one eLicenser update. Can you help me, please? Best regards, Martin Jirsak

    Hello Martin,

    I have just checked your key and it seems like the download of your Special Edition license is not finished.

    Please click "Recover" in the eLicenser Control Center, this should complete the download.

    I also can´t see that you have registered the Special Edition PLUS yet. Please register all DVD products here.

    Hi mgtube, 

    I checked your key and the license for Epic Orchestra is registered and also stored on your key (the download went fine). 

    So everything looks fine from our side if your ViennaKey is connected to your computer.
