    Hi Guys,

      I'm trying to register Vienna Pro onto my MacPro, and once again, although I've been in the music biz for many years, I seem utterly incapable of doing this computer stuff smoothly.  Sooo... I go to User Area -- Software -- Vienna Pro in an attempt to register in the serial numbers and get my activation code, but it says "there are files to register in this area" or something like that.  So I'm stimied.  What step am I missing?  Thanks from an embarrassed computer idiot.

    Hello Tom,

    just checked your account. You have registered one license of VE PRO successfully so far.

    I have also checked your activation code - you have downloaded your license to your key as well (not the key you have registered, but nevertheless).... That means - success [:)]

    You have received 3 licenses with Vienna Ensemble PRO - you can perform the same procedure for each license, if you have more than 1 ViennaKey.And you should register your additional keys here, so that you´re safe in case one of them breaks!

    As soon as I posted, I realized I was on the wrong page to enter the serial numbers.  Registration went fine after that.  So thanks for the quick reply, and, as Gilda Radner used to say on Saturday Night Live, "never mind."
