Cyril,
The custom VE PRO instances in SLE are empty. This is because we let you load only the presets you need and add to them as-you-go so to speak for either an imported score, or more likely - a fresh new score you are starting on. You need to add the corresponding .fxp to the right channel. If you already have SLE, then you have those .fxp's in your VSL Custom Data folder already, if not - get them from the Support-Downloads page at www.notionmusic.com .
You can also use the pre-loaded sections templates, which will load the full orchestra into memory, but you wont have to deal with locating the .fxp, if thats easier for you. Here are step by step instructions, I hope these will help:
1. Start VSL VE PRO server
2. Start NOTION
3. Import your MIDI file
4. Convert it to notation
5. Add a VE PRO instance from the VSL Special Edition - Section Presets palette (Winds, Strings, Brass or Percussion) for example - Chamber Strings (VE PRO)
6. Click on the newly added VE PRO section staff and hit CTRL+I to bring up the interface. Connect it to the server and wait for the patches to load
7. After the preset loads, make sure your cursor is on the VE PRO staff and hit Shift+I.
8. In the Instrument Change dialog that pops up, choose a MIDI channel corresponding to the instrument you want to assign to a staff from your imported score (e.g. Ch.3 is Violas in the VE PRO instance, so choose that to assign Violas to a staff from the imported score)
9.With the instrument change armed in your cursor click the very first bar of the staff you want this applied to.
10. Repeat steps 6-10 for all instruments you want to assign from this section then add a new VE PRO Section preset for the next section and do the same untill you have all assigned
I hope this will help, once again, I would watch the video tutorials available on the NOTION SLE page to help along the way too. Although in English, they still offer enough visual information to get you going.
I hope this helps!
