    Hi I just installed the new version of Vienna Ensemble Pro (ViennaEnsemblePro-WIN-4.0.4881) and when I start it gets stuck on "Scanning Licences" with the little wheel spinning and won't open. It worked fine before I installed the new version. An ideas? My eLicenser control center is working fine and the key is in the computer. Please help I'm on a big score deadline and am totally dead in the water! Thanks so much!

    i have the same problem. since i installed the latest version of VE it does not work. when i loead it, it get stuck on the license scaning. i try to quit VE but nothing happen (VE is even not freezing) any ideas to resolve that problem?

    Please restart, then download and install the current version of eLCC. Does this solve the problem?
