    i have a segment that runs at 124 bpm in 5/8.
    i would like to have a 16th note horn rep for one measure.
    i have tried all of the repetition in horn performance set. if i sequence the 120 bpm instrument( i forgot the exact name). i can get close but still i get the "machine effect". what delay settings will work for this? i tried much experimenting but can't get good results. i tried the alteration tool with the cube stacato horns to no avail.
    at this point my only other option is to drop the instrument or try timewarping a 120 bpm sequence.
    any ideas?? ( changing the tempo is not a option)

    I think, with repetition tool, you can use a 120 bpm patch in a tempo of 124 bpm (simply adjust parameters). In fact, you can use it up to 130-140 bpm.

    i must be doing something wrong cuz i cant seem to get a decent horn rep past 120. i tried all of the settings still not sure.

    problem sovled - I WASN'T using the "turn off first note" function correctly.
    manged to get some really good reps going at the specific tempo i needed.
