Sibelius midi export

Is exporting midi from Sibelius supposed to preserve all the key switch info and expression info? I thought so but having exported one of my scores and imported into reaper it appears not to have done so.

The SE demo midi file is fine

Am I doing something wrong when I export?

 You have to tell sibelius that you want the same settings when you export

Sorry for being a bit dim but can you tell me where that setting is? I've tried various options on the midi export pop up but not got the right result yet!

I have made a score I've called "Template string quartet" with every sort of expression marks  and all the different kind of techniques from the Vienna sampled  String quartet library.

Exported it checking  the "The current playback device" box  and Sonar plays it as I wanted.
