    Hi, I'm using Ve Pro to network my master and slave comps. On my slave I have a bunch of NI stuff, including Kore 2. On my master my sequencer is Cubase 5. Now what I want to do is automate some of the parameters within Kore 2 and have Cubase remember the automation. I can manage to automate certain parameters from Cubase that correspond to VE Pro on my slave (like volume, panning etc...), but can't seem to find a way to automate any of Kore 2's parameters WITHIN VE Pro (slave) from Cubase (master). The fact that I can't seem to do this is really limiting the flexibility that Kore 2 provides. Is there any way to make this happen that I'm missing out on? Any help would be great. Thanks.

    If you send the correct MIDI controllers from Cubase to VE Pro (and therefore to Kore) they should be recognised. Is this not working? If it's something else, maybe you could give a specific example.

    Ok, thanks. How would I go about doing this? Forgive my ignorance, I'm constantly learning things! Any help would be great, in the meantime I will try to figure it out on my end....... Thanks!!

    Hi!

    I've been trying the same. Everything works just incredibly great to have KORE 2 (32 bit) works with Cubase 64 using VE pro, multi channel and multi midi input. The KORE 2 controller works also great as I use it from Cubase and Kore 2 hear it from VE pro.

    But I can't write the automation. I've activated every Read and write automation on every channel (Midi & VST intrument (eg VE PRO)) and nothing is kept.

    Just to let you know. If I use kore 2 within cubase, the automation is written in the VST instrument lanes not in the Midi lanes...

    Maybe this is the pb...

    I've managed to control the kore 2 from a midi lane using CC.

    In the options button from KORE you can see which CC is needed...but what I still miss is te record them when I'm using the knobs....Stil investigate
