VE PRO 4881 still seems to be limited to 8 instances?

I'm encountering problems when going beyond eight instances of VEPro build 4881. Perhaps what i am trying to do is impossible and perhaps someone can clarify this for me? I'm running OS X.5.8 and XP 64.

At present I'm running Sibelius as a Rewire object within Logic 8 and connecting it to two VEPRo servers on the one PC. I have a total of 15 instances (8 on the 32bit server, 7 on the 64bit server). I'd like to be able to access the VSL sounds both from the Sibelius workspace as well as the Logic workspace. If I add one VEPro 64bit instance into Logic I can add an eighth instance to the 64bit server and duplicate one of the other instances... however if I then add a second instance from Logic (bringing the total to 9 on the 64 bit server then) the server crashes...

It would seem this should be possible but something is going wrong. Incidentally I removed the VEPro programme using the remove programme command on the PC before installing the new 4881 version

Are you using the same version of VE Pro on all you systems?

I updated both the PC and the Mac software to 4881. However I seem to have found a workaround... whilst trying to initiate a new instance from the Logic end crashes the server, opening a new blank instance via the server 'add' function seems to do the trick just fine!
