Default Settings for Controllers when creating a "New instrument"

Is there a posibility to define Default Controller Settings for "H-Span", "V-Span", "A / B Select", "Master Attack" etc. I would like to have them applied whenever I create a new Instrument in Vienna Ensemble, because they are always the same in any of my projects and their instruments.

I'm aware that I can save a write - protected template, with all Insturment settings properly defined, but maybe there is something I have missed so far.
