    My key eLicenser USB is not repaired, even after ten times “to repair” ever "Transfert en suspend"
    So my licence of the Woodwind II collection can not be used,
    and other licences are installed on this Key, Solo Strings ; Chamber Strings L1 and L2 ; Orchestra Violins/Violas L1 and L2 ; Orchestra Celli/Bassi L1 and L2 ; Harps ; and Woodwind I ;
    are not transferable any more on another key, because the key is blocked…
    I just wanted to make a transfer of all my licences on only one Key,
    to free some USB ports on my computer,
    this is why I wanted to do this transfer, and I am afraid I have lost these 10 licences because of the system of eLicenser…
    can you tell me if it can be solved.

    this case is a little bit tricky and the support team already tries hard to find the least inconvenient solution for you.

     finally we have been lucky - the pending licenses could be recovered an there is no need to send keys to vienna ;-)
