64bit with 32bit Vienna Ensemble PRO

I'm using 64bit Sonar on my 64bit PC. I installed Vienna Ensemble PRO and have it connected to my secondary PC which is in 32 bit. When connected it says its in 32bit mode. So does Sonar see this as a 32bit plugin? Would this affect the performance of Sonar in anyway as opposed if it was in 64bit mode? Thanks!
