    Hello, I can't seem to use my Vienna Instruments Special Edition, because everytime I load in the plug-in into Logic 8 everything on my MacBook (10.4.11) runs way too slow. (Even opening Finder takes up to 30 sec!!!) CPU chrashes through the roof!! Anyone on helping me out on that one?? I should be able to use it, right?! Thnx in advance!! Robin

    just give us  a hint which macBook ... and please double check you don't have configured a midi loop.

    when this happens open the process monitor to get the process identified using this huge amount of CPU.

    default recommendation to make sure everything else is fine: repair permissions on your system volume using disk utility after a reboot.
