Hi,
just checked and it seems like the license download did not complete.
Please click the "Repair" button in your eLCC, this should complete the license download.

the button is labeled *recover*, though the meaning should be obvious ...
it seems the license server is a little bit tired over the holidays ... maybe you need to do that more than once until the success message will appear
After a couple of attempts using recovery the license has downlaoded but now MIR won't open. It gets as far as initialising engine then after a short while just goes away?
That means I can't use MIR as I haven't downloaded the beta version (as I have no 3rd party products I want to use).
So what should I do - do I have to uninstall the roompack2 and delete the license?
I hate to criticise but that's a pain in the butt if the existing full MIR doesn't work at all if you have the roompack 2. There was no warning of that with the e-mail announcing roompack2.
Is there ane easy solution?

a) install the public beta
b) ignore roompack2 for the moment and wait for the final MIR 1.1
no need (and not possible btw.) to delete the license, christian

Version 1.1 offers alot of additional features and fixes which are very useful for using exclusively Vienna Instruments inside MIR.
You should defenitely give it a try.
Just to name a few:
- global tuning,
- global sample optimise
- multi-threaded sample processing
- Room Editor: re-designed, introducing a new slider for user-definable impulse response lengths
- Output Format Editor switches to last edited format after closing the editor
- Instrument & Room Editor accepts changes after double-click

OK I'm convinced to try the Beta 1.1
When I try and install it it asks me if I want to replace the existing MIR (install over the top) and then I get an error message about not being able to install because the file already exists.
I didn't see any notes about installation of Beta 1.1
Do you have to delete the existing V.1 MIR?
Not to forget the possibility to load 3rd party VSTi's! 😊

Just to be sure, I would rename the old "Vienna MIR.exe" to something like "Vienna MIR.exe.OLD", to make sure you can open V.1.0 if you have to.
But actually the installer takes care for everything, it's just click'n'forget. 😊 All you have to do is to re-adjust your audio- and MIDI-settings when you start a new version for the first time. You also might have to point MIR to the proper folder when you plan to use VSTi's which aren't installed in your main VST-Plugin folder. That's it.
HTH,
OK I have the beta installed. It changed all the VI channell settings! but after I had sorted that out it seems OK and I can use th roompack 2.
