    Hi,

    I'm planning to buy a few Standard+Extended libraries to take advantage of the holidays offer, however, one of the items I want to buy is Percussion Extended (I already own Standard). The basket will not accept adding this item with the rest; I assume because the rest are DVD's which will be sent from VSL partners, and this one is just a key from VSL to enable the Extended content. 

    What should I do in this case? My purchase is 5 standard and 5 extended libraries. But since the basket will not add the Percussion extended it becomes just 4 extended libraries... will I be missing out on the offer? Please help.

     Hi kage49,

    sorry, it's not possible to combine standard DVD collections with "extended only" purchases (extended libraries where you already have the corresponding standard library registered).

    But it's no problem to make two separat orders one after another.

    We will of course include your holiday discount.

    I went ahead and ordered. (5 Std+Ext DVDs, 1 Ext library seperately)

    I have one more question though: is it too late to add one more order for 1 standard+Extended DVD library and be eligible for the 20% discount?

     It's possible, but you have to add some text information in the commentfield, that this order is an add on to a previous order, to get your discounts.
