error with no code using sib 6.1 and vienna ensemble pro

I wrote a String solo quartet with Sibelius with several articulations changes (a demo for some friends)

 

In Vienna pro, there are two violins, a viola and a cello using the Vienna Sibelius solo strings setting

 

For every instrument a VSL powerpan

For the master bus, a VSLmultiband and a VSL converb.

 

I have played the score using sibelius a lot of time and all was perfectly working.

Then I have quitted sibelius and turned off the computer.

 

When I try to re-open the score I get an error,

something like “Vienna Pro stopped working”.

 

If I open the Vienna project alone it works fine.

Sorry for the problem. This is an unusual error. Can you open your score again and look what the error message says exactly?

Probably reinstalling the latest Vienna Ensemble Pro build (4686) should help.

That's really weird. I have some more questions.
Have you changed anything on your system since the last time it worked?
Did you start Vienna Ensemble Pro Server before starting Sibelius?
Have you tried starting a new project and activating a new instance of VE Pro? Does it work then?

If you mean the new project the answer is YES

If you mean the old project the answer is NO (I still get the error)

It seems to me, that something happened to your Playback Configuration file then. In this case I recommend not loading your old playback configuration when opening the score and instead creating a new one.

I hope this solves the problem.
