  • Boy's Choir?

I realize that the VSL SATB choir is "on the horizon," but does anybody know if there are plans to augment this choir with a boys choir as an upgrade or at least as another separate collection.  A download maybe.

If not, I would like to see one slated for the future some time.  Thank you.

  •  Vienna Boys choir. Good suggestion.

  • I asked VSL ages ago about a girls choir - of all the forms of choirs, in my view the girls choir sounds the most angelic - so come VSL how about sampling both a boys, and seperately a girls choir! I have recently bought EastWests Symphonic choir, but yet again, no girls choir (does have boys I think!) My daughter was a member of the Sydney Childrens choir (Australia) when she was younger - and the sound of this choir was pure heaven - so what on earth stops our favourate sample professionals sampling a girls choir - sure beats me!

Eastwest does have a boys choir.  It sounds decent, if used to accompany a larger ensemble, but it can be a pain in the rump to work with.  That is why I'm requesting VSL to produce one because VSL is so much more flexible and easier to use.

As for a girls choir... sure, why not.
