    Having major problems with VE Pro running as a plug-in in Cubase SL 3.1.1.944. It just crashes any session, even if both are on default/empty patches. Note: Both are on the same computer. Any advice? Thanks

     Is Cubase SL3 a supported host? It's so old I'm not surprised that you have problems. Maybe you should try it with a more modern sequencer, and see if the problem is still there. Then at least we can rule out Cubase SL3 as being the problem.

    Did you try with the latest public beta (4.0.4657)?

    Installed the 4567 update, same problem.

    Exactly when does it crash?

    As soon as I click on VE Pro in the VST Instrument list, it just crashes Cubase.
