    OS X 10.5.8 Mac Pro 2x2,8GHz quad core

    VE Pro 32 bit launches fine , no problems but the 64bit refuses to launch. I've downloaded all the latest files including the E-license thingy but to no avail - it simply refuses to launch and on the screen it says "Syncrosoft POS Error -  File Synsoacc.bundle could not be found in the Application Support Folder"

    Any ideas as to what might be causing this ?

    Hi Nicholas, 

    please prepair permissions (with DiskUtitlity), then restart your machine. If it still doesn´t work, install the eLCC again.

    OK I'll try that

    BTW does it matter if my Mac Pro is not the machine connected to the internet ? i.e. I installed the e-licenser on my mac book and then transfered everything to the Mac Pro ?

    Hi,

    you "only" need the internet connection to download the permanent license to your ViennaKey. So no worries [:)]
