    I hope this is the correct forum: When I try to enter my activation code for VE Pro in the eLicenser (newest version), it says that the key was already used for activation. I just bought VE Pro along with a Vienna Key, so I don't know how the code can already be in use. I do not own any other products by Vienna. My computer is a mac pro under 10.6. Please help me!

    Hi Novatlan,

    Welcome to our forum!
    This weird error message sometimes comes up when you already tried to use the activation code once, but the license download wasn't successful for some reason. Please try to connect the key to your computer, launch the eLicenser Control Center and click on the "Repair" button. If that doesn't help please do write to support, and include as many details as you can get hold of. ;-)
